1. Information we collect
We collect account information (email, name and profile image), payment records, account adjustments, saved destination addresses and withdrawal requests. For account security and support, we record recent activity, timezone and approximate country when available; the presence service does not retain IP addresses or precise coordinates. Authorized administrative changes and read-only support sessions are logged. Simulated trading results are separate from confirmed deposits. We do not request private wallet keys or recovery phrases.
2. How we use your data
Your data powers your trading dashboard, signal delivery, and product analytics. We never sell user data to third parties. Aggregate, anonymized statistics may be used in product research and marketing.
3. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Trading history is kept for 7 years to satisfy financial record-keeping regulations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@teracore.io.
4. Security
We are SOC 2 Type II certified. All sensitive data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). API keys live in a hardware security module (HSM) and are decrypted only at execution time.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. EU and California residents have the right to data portability and the right to opt out of processing. Email privacy@teracore.io.
